Thank you for shopping with Left Round Records. We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• All Used item returns will be issued as store credit only—no refunds will be given.
• New items must be in original packaging, UNOPENED, and free of damage (this includes damage to shrink wrap).
• Store credit can be used online or in-store and does not expire.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• New item must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened NEW vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, or video games
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@leftroundrecords.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If eligible, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your store credit via email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
