Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Local Pickup

You can select free in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, usually within 3 business days.

Packaging

All records, CDs, and other media are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. USED vinyl records are shipped outside of the record cover to prevent damage during transit. NEW vinyl is packed tightly to prevent movement during transit.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at info@leftroundrecords.com or call us 1 (815) 556-8109, with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
